Bea Waterfield is a film photographer and visual artist based in Nova Scotia. His work documents Canada’s vernacular landscapes with an interest in fleeting moments, leftovers, and the collision between strange and familiar.

He is currently exploring the vernacular landscape of the Maritimes through the convenience store, examining these ordinary spaces as sites where place, culture, and time intersect.

Alongside his personal work, he collaborates with artists, makers, and organizations to document creative processes and projects.
